Welcome & transfer in SJO Airport to your hotel
On arrival at the San Jose International Airport (SJO), you will be meet & greet by our bilingual representative who will help you with your luggage and transfer you to the hotel.
Finca Rosa Blanca (2 nights)
Finca Rosa Blanca Coffee Plantation Resort is the creation of three generations of the Jampol Family who have focused on the highest quality of service in the hospitality industry while offering authentic experiences with a local flavor of Costa Rican culture.

Day 2
Private Organic Coffee Tour and Cupping
Walk Finca Rosa Blanca´s tree-shaded plantation and become an expert in shade-grown, high-altitude coffee. Our Costa Rica organic coffee tour is one of the only in the area– and the country – and takes you from field to cup to cupping.
From origin to harvest, you’ll follow Café Rosa Blanca on its earthy journey from red coffee cherry to roasted brew. You’ll visit our “Beneficio,” or processing area, where we remove the pulp from coffee cherries, then ferment and dry our coffee beans before sorting, roasting, and finishing in our Roasting and Packing House. Immerse yourself in the scents and tastes of our freshly roasted organic coffee. Explore the mysteries of coffee tasting, aka “cupping”, including the infamous coffee slurp.
Day 3
Hotel to SJO Airport Domestic Terminal
You will be picked up at the hotel for the private transfer to the Domestic Terminal at SJO Airport on time for your check-in process with the domestic airline.
*Check-in: 1 hour before your flight departure time.
Domestic flight San José to Puerto Jiménez
Take a scenic domestic flight along the mountain ranges towards the central coast, followed by a descent towards the Sierpe Mangroves and the Golfo Dulce. Upon arrival in Puerto Jimenez you will be welcome by your hotel representative at the local airstrip.
El Remanso Lodge (3 nights)
On the untamed Osa Peninsula, marking the remote southwestern tip of Costa Rica, wildlife is diverse, rare tropical lowland rainforest thrives, and our ocean tidepools, dense rainforest trails, and roaring waterfalls add up to the castaway escape you have always imagined.

Day 4
Experiences at El Remanso Lodge
Delve into the secrets of rainforest, as only our eagle-eyed expert guides can reveal: sloths curled into treetop canopy, hummingbird nests tucked into leaves, and aerial roots, curled around centenarian trees. Long or short, gentle or challenging, we offer a guided nature hike to tick your goals.

Day 6
Domestic flight Puerto Jiménez to San José
Take a scenic domestic flight over the Golfo Dulce, Sierpe Mangroves, the Central Pacific Coast and the mountain ranges towards the capital city upon arrival at SJO Juan Santamaria Domestic terminal.
San José to Bajos del Toro
Pick up at SJO Airport domestic terminal for the land transfer to Bajos del Toro where El Silencio Lodge is located.
Wind some rural towns towards Sarchi, the cradle of artisans in Costa Rica where you can observe the famous giant oxcart located downtown Sarchi.
