The region’s first settlers, followed by scores of biologists and scientists, understood the area’s profound biological importance and created the Monteverde and Santa Elena Reserves to protect its natural treasures. Cloud Forest Lodge lies directly between the two, within the Bellbird Biological Corridor.
In addition to its 25 suites, the lodge features a main house and restaurant, an outdoor bar and fire pit, extensive walking trails, and elevated platforms for wildlife viewing.
